We're trying to do ministry to assist certain individuals ease the pain of life. If we can feed the Seniors for Holidays and birthdays it helps, or Provide Shelter in time of storm for safety, or maybe share a teddy bear and a book with a child, this is not Katrina but many have not recovered from hard situations in everyday life. You are more important that you can ever imagine.
Hi about a year ago ..jan of 2006 i became very sick...was missing alot of work at that time i was working at chance bank a job i soo loved was there 9 years...neway i went to the dr she did a lot of blood work on me and said she would call if it was anything serious for now she was tresting it with antbotics as a kidney infection...the next day i get this call at work from the dr telling me i need to get to the hosp now .the blood work had shown i was in kidney failure and that i had a disease uncurable other then a kidney transplant or a miracle of God.I have since been given a leave of absence trying to receive my long term disibility...my 86 year old mother lives with me in perfect health and my 9 year old grandson that ive raised since a baby...the reason im coming with all this is that we are in need ....i cant pay my electric...my house payment i cant pay and theyve already said they would be locking me out and i have a car payment plus we are in need of food...if only i could get caught up untill i receive my disability check also i have humana insurance they said they were dropping me if i didnt come up with 236.00 by oct 2 and humana is what pays for my dialysis treatments and medicines...if you have any ideas of what i shoud doo please help me...thank you Deborah moss
Hi! My name is Amy. I am a mother of two wonderful children and pregnant with our third, another girl. This pregnancy is different than the other two; this is high risk. I am confined to my home. Really, my bed, but with caring for a four year old and a seven month old, I don't see the couch as much as my doctor would like. I have seriously high blood pressure and no one to care for my children but me. My husband just began a new job which will eventually pay pretty well, but he is attending the school for it now and making only $10.00 an hour in doing so. Raising two children, we were both working, doing well. First my husband loses his job a t KDC due to a change in ownership and he lost his seniority. Then we find out I pregnant again so soon after the birth of our daughter and shortly there after I am told that due to my high blood pressure I am restricted to very little to now activity for the health of my unborn daughter. Things have just slowly gone downhill for us. We are hard working people and have a;ways done well, until these unfortunate series of events. If there is anyone out there like me that can relate, I'd love to hear form you. I am asking for help from anyone willing. We have a home, two car payments and an overflowing stack of bills that is sinking our family ship. We have never been in this position before. We are asking for HELP. I will promise to GOD that everything we receive will be given back when we are in a position to help someone in a similar situation. we just need to get our heads above water. My name is De'Shawna I am 19 and live on my own in Louisville, Ky. Moved here last year to goto school. I was in school at U of L but my financial aid was not enough to pay for my dorm so now I owe them money and had to break a contract to live there this year which also cost me money. Now i live in a apartment and about to start school at another college on October 3rd. The college is called Brown-mackie founded as RETS institute of technology. Im going for a associate in graphic design. I barely have enough to goto this school with the financial aid I received and need more help. I am also having dificulty financially with staying in the apartment that I am in right now because of me being on disiblitly and not getting paid enough. They took my check one month which left me unable to pay some bills like my phone and rent so now im a little in debt and need help because I am unable to get a job because of my disiblilty and no transportation and no extra money from grants to goto school. I was born with transposition of the great heart vessels. Had congestive heart failure a few years ago and on medication for the rest of my life. When i turned 19 my medical card got cut off so I am unable to goto the doctor for regular check ups or goto the dentist.
